Payment

• Online, payments may be made using Paypal, Visa or Mastercard.
• Orders must be picked up in Red Deer or mailed out at customer’s expense.
• Orders may be picked out in person during open houses or individual consultations. Please call Michelle 403 755 1726 for more information.

Shipping and Handling

• We ship via Xpresspost with Canada Post.
• Shipping is charged based on purchase amount.
• Orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours. Orders submitted weekends or statutory holidays will be processed the next business day.

Free Pick Up in Red Deer

• Orders placed online can be picked up in Red Deer free of charge.
• We will contact you within 24-48 hours of placing an order and arrange a pick up time.

Taxes

• 5% GST is charged on all purchases.

Returns

• Due to the nature of our products we have a strict NO RETURN policy on all of our diaper products, unless that product is deemed defective.
• If there is a defect notify us ASAP for an exchange on the defective product.
• Defective items must be returned in order to receive a new one.
• Non-diaper items may be returned for an in-store credit or exchange within 7 days. Items must be in “as new” condition, and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
• Exchanges will not be made if there is any damage to the product or packaging.
• To know if a product is eligible for an exchange or in-store credit please contact us prior to sending an unwanted item back.

Finally, A Simple Request

Please remember that this is a small business run by two moms. We personally do all the book work, store updates and packaging, and almost always have the help of small hands. We do make mistakes. If you receive your order and there is an error please notify us ASAP and we will rectify the situation.

We are a small company starting out, and we are trying to keep items stocked and up to date online. If there is an oversight and you order a product not in stock we will contact you to exchange it for another similar product. For example a diaper in the same style and size, but a different color. To contact you for permission for an exchange may result in the order not being shipped within 48 hours.
