Taxes:

 

5% GST is charged on all items, and that is the only fee we add! We try so hard to keep products at the cheapest we are allowed to sell for. We don't mark items up unless absolutely necessary, so you can be assured you are getting a great deal through our company!

 

Returns:

 

Due to the nature of some of our products we have a strict NO RETURN policy on all of our diaper and feminine hygiene products, unless that product is deemed defective.

 

• If there is a defect notify us ASAP for an exchange on the defective product.

 

• Defective items must be returned in order to receive a new one.

 

• Non-diaper items may be returned for an in-store credit or exchange within 7 days. Items must be in “as new” condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility (except in the case of defective products).

  • Exchanges will not be made if there is any damage to the product or packaging.

  • To know if a product is eligible for an exchange or in-store credit please contact us prior to sending an unwanted item back.

Pure and Simple Babies cares about the environment and seeks to reduce our carbon footprint. Invoices will be emailed to reduce paper consumption.
